Breastroke is often the one everyone goes too. It is the most popular one and somewhat easiest. While the legs are doing a whip kick, the arms are circling into the water and pulling the swimmer forward as well.
Butterfly Swimming Style
Butterfly is the second fastest stroke and known as the hardest or most exhausting stroke to swim. The body is making an undulating motion while the arms are coming out of the water like a butterfly. the legs are doing a dolphin kick to propel the swimmer forward.
