Our Service facilitates introduction between coaches, trainers, and mentors (each a “Mentor”) and hiring clients, students, and trainees (each a “Mentee”).

We do not does not employ, recommend or endorse any Mentor or Mentee (each a “User”) and we have no control over the acts or omissions of any Users. We are not responsible for the conduct or performance of any User or s or other third party. We make no representation or warranty about the quality of the services provided by any Mentor or about your interactions or dealings with other Users. We do not screen Users or conduct any kind of identity or background checks except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms (if any). You should exercise caution and perform your own screening and review before connecting with, meeting, contracting with, or hiring, any other User whom you contact through our Service.

The Service may include Users who offer health, fitness, and nutritional information and such information is intended for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for, nor is it intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional before relying on any training, advice, or information from any Mentor or User through the Service. The use of any information provided on the Service is solely at your own risk. When you use the Service and enter into a Mentor/Mentee relationship, you acknowledge that no employment or agency relationship exists between us and any Mentor or Mentee who uses the Service.

WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM, AND YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY RELEASE US FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CONTROVERSIES, CLAIMS, SUITS, INJURIES, LOSS, HARM OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICE OR YOUR INTERACTIONS OR DEALINGS WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. ALL USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY INJURIES YOU MAY SUFFER OR CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE THAT OCCUR OR MAY ARISE IN ANY WAY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

If you offer coaching/mentoring services, the first and all future bookings with Users of our Service must be booked via our Services. Failure to strictly comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Mentor / Mentee Interactions – Assumption of Risk

Our Service may be used to help Mentees obtain or Mentors offer services provided by Users and to facilitate payment for such services. We are not a party to any transaction between any Users. We disclaim, and you expressly release us from any and all liability whatsoever for any controversies, claims, suits, injuries, loss, harm, or damages arising from or related to disputes, dealings, or interactions between you and any other Users or third parties, including but not limited to anything related to Mentor/Mentee interactions.

You assume all risks when using our Services, including all of the risks associated with interactions with other Users. You agree to take all necessary precautions when interacting with other users.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS WHEN USING OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERACTIONS WITH ANY USERS (MENTORS OR MENTEES). YOU AGREE TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHER USERS.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

EACH SUCH PARTY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LEGAL ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.

You may opt out of Arbitration by giving us written notice within thirty (30) days after you first access the Service. If you opt out, then the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be in the courts have jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Any training session(s) purchased through our services must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the purchase date. Any training sessions not scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase are forfeited and you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with a coach or coaching session for any reason, please contact us at support@findsportsmentor.com within two (2) days of the date you completed your first training session and we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price for that training session (Unless otherwise specified during a promotion or special offer). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund. Any training sessions left incomplete after 90 days from the purchase date will become ineligible for a refund.
