Coaches contact information is provided on their individual profiles use contact me button. You are able to contact your coach for preliminary information, but it is recommended that communication relating to sessions is conducted on the member/coach dashboards.

Sessions can be scheduled on the coaches' profile pages. Specific rates are determined by individual coaches. After a session is booked, it will show up in the “my bookings” tab on the member dashboard.
